Our youth talent development program. Over several months, the selected young people will receive both theoretical and practical training from Rotimpres specialists and leading industry suppliers, participating in real projects and using cutting-edge technology.

More than a period of training, it is the beginning of a professional career: at the end of the program, participants join their respective teams with a solid technical foundation, practical experience, and a career plan to continue growing within the company.

University scholarships

Every year, we offer scholarships to undergraduate and master's degree students to support their academic development. Selected students can complete their final-year project and undertake internships in a professional environment, with opportunities for renewal and employment within the company.

The scholarships are intended for students starting their third year of a bachelor's degree and the first year of a master's degree, and take into account academic merit, linguistic knowledge, and motivation.
