From technical advice and prepress-printing to final delivery, each department brings its expertise and production capacity to ensure quality, continuity, and adherence to deadlines.

Technical Advice

Our technicians work alongside the customer to better prepare the files and adapt each project to the characteristics of our machines. This continuous support allows us to apply what we have learned in each production and improve the results in the following ones.

Prepress

Through the Prepress Portal, you can send, review, correct, and approve files online from anywhere. Our own server and the automated Prinergy Connect flow, based on the PDF/X standard, guarantee agile, secure, and controlled management.
Our system allows you to work directly with RGB files, without the need to convert them first to CMYK. With technologies like Q-Enhancer and Photoware, we optimize the images to achieve a more accurate, defined, and balanced reproduction.
We have five Kodak CTP lines with SquareSpot technology and automatic folding and registration systems. We can also apply stochastic warping to improve the color stability, contrast, and definition of details.

Offset printing

We combine offset printing on coldset and heatset rotogravure, offset printing on sheet with LE-UV technology and offset printing on rotogravure with LED-UV technology. This diversity allows us to select the most suitable system based on the type of publication, the run, the paper and the expected result.
Color control and registration systems, together with the supervision of the printing equipment, allow for the detection and correction of possible deviations during the printing process. This ensures accurate and uniform results throughout the entire production process.
The combination of five printing teams allows us to plan different productions, manage projects of varying volumes, and have the capacity to respond to spikes in demand or tight deadlines.

Postprinting

The post-printing area is integrated into our plant to ensure continuity in production without the need for movement between different centers. This allows us to coordinate printing and finishing within a single planning process, reducing time and maintaining control right up to the final product preparation.
We have online packaging systems and Müller Martini sorters and wrappers that achieve speeds of up to 11,000 and 12,000 copies per hour, respectively.
We carry out binding, folding, cutting, stapling and handling processes, as well as binding in staples, rough or milled with PUR glue to obtain greater strength and durability.

Logistics and distribution

Our logistics department coordinates the packaging, preparation, and shipment of each production.
We manage special deliveries, shipments to multiple destinations, and weekly fixed routes, both domestic and international.
Integrating route management into the production process allows us to tailor each expedition to the customer’s needs, optimize time and costs, and ensure the reliability of deliveries.
