What changes: from a gas oven to LED-UV light
The great innovation of LITHOMAN is how the ink is dried. Conventional rotators use gas ovens that heat the paper to very high temperatures. Our new rotor replaces that process with an instant curing process using LED-UV light: the ink sets in the moment, without subjecting the paper to heat.

At Rotimpres we work with two types of machines: those that print sheet by sheet, like our Heidelberg presses, highly valued for their quality, and the rotogravure presses, which print on a continuous roll of paper, like our Komori presses, ideal for large runs. LITHOMAN combines the best of both worlds: the quality finishes of sheet-fed printing with the speed and capacity of a rotogravure press.
